Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to GPT-Image-2.0 Playground. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Third-Party Service Disclaimer

GPT-Image-2.0 Playground ("the Service", "we", "us") is an independent third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

We provide access to the gpt-image-2 model and other image generation models through a third-party API provider. All trademarks, including but not limited to "OpenAI", "ChatGPT", "GPT", "GPT Image 2", "GPT-Image-2.0", are the property of their respective owners and are used here for nominative descriptive purposes only.

Content Ownership and Liability

You retain ownership of the content you generate through the Service, subject to the content policies of the upstream model providers and the Acceptable Use Policy. We do not warrant that generated content will be original, will not infringe third-party rights, or is suitable for any particular purpose. Use generated content at your own risk and responsibility.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, request, or attempt to generate any of the following:

Sexual content involving minors — Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind, including stylised, illustrated, or AI-generated forms. Zero tolerance.
Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) — sexual or intimate depictions of real, identifiable people without their consent, including deepfakes.
Sexually explicit / NSFW content — pornographic, hardcore, fetish, or otherwise sexually explicit imagery is not permitted. The Service is general-purpose and is not configured for adult content.
Real-person impersonation — depictions of real public figures, private individuals, celebrities, or politicians in defamatory, sexually explicit, harassing, or false-context scenarios.
Violence and terrorism — graphic gore intended to shock, glorification of violence, content promoting terrorism or violent extremism, instructions or imagery facilitating real-world harm.
Hate, harassment, and discrimination — content attacking individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Misinformation and deception — fake news, fabricated screenshots presented as real, election-related disinformation, fraud or scam material.
Illegal activity — instructions or imagery for weapons manufacture, drug synthesis, or other content unlawful in the United States, the European Union, or your local jurisdiction.
Intellectual property infringement — content directly copying copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, or watermarked imagery in a way that exceeds nominative or fair-use boundaries.
Anything otherwise prohibited by the upstream model provider's usage policies (e.g. OpenAI's published usage policies for gpt-image-2) or applicable law.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund. Where required by law, violations involving CSAM may also be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the equivalent authority in your jurisdiction.

Prompt Screening

To enforce the Acceptable Use Policy, every user prompt submitted for image or video generation is screened by an independent third-party Moderation service before the prompt reaches the generation model. Prompts that the moderator denies or flags are rejected and the request returns an error to you; no charge is incurred and the prompt is not forwarded to the model.

We do not retain prompts beyond what is necessary to operate the Service, audit policy enforcement, and resolve disputes. See our Privacy Policy for details on retention windows and data handling.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Privacy and Data Collection

GPT-Image-2.0 Playground collects the following types of data:

Account Information: Information you provide when creating an account
Usage Details: Data related to your activity on our service
Device Information: Information about the device you use to access our service

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy

You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPT-Image-2.0 Playground and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPT-Image-2.0 Playground, its operator, and their respective agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
